Hotel Noordzee is a four star superior boutique hotel in the dunes of Cadzand-Bad, overlooking Het Zwin. Run by the Faas family, it was the first hotel in Cadzand in 1933.

- History: The hotel was rebuilt in 1980 after dune erosion and again in 2007, with its distinctive white tower. Today the third generation runs it.
- Rooms: There are dune rooms, rooms with a terrace, suites, a tower room and a panoramic penthouse with three bedrooms.
