The annual Midwinterfest in Cadzand-Bad is an enchanting event that takes place during the Christmas holidays on the atmospheric Duinplein. The festival brings warmth, cosiness, and festive activities together in a beautiful winter setting.

Highlights of the Midwinterfest

Atmospheric Setting: The Duinplein is transformed into a magical Christmas decor with beautifully lit Christmas trees, twinkling lights, and cosy fire pits that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Culinary Delights: Enjoy a wide range of delicious snacks and drinks at the festive food trucks:
- Warm waffles and doughnuts.
- Mulled wine, champagne, and artisanal juices.
- Flammkuchen and pizza.

- New Year’s Dive: Start the new year fresh with the traditional New Year’s Dive on 1 January at Strandpaviljoen De Zeemeeuw.
- Christmas Tree Bonfire: End the festive season with the atmospheric Christmas tree bonfire on 3 January at Strandpaviljoen Caricole, starting at 19:30.
